It’s all in the math. A mathemetician in 1906 figured “a” perfect way to cut cake yet was ignored because it was not proper etiquette. But was it really rude to cut cake the way he proposed?

I like this method, except the part of utilizing rubber-bands to hold the cake in place. But it seems that the elastic bands are necessary in keeping in the moisture of the cake so you can enjoy the moist flavors of your cake!
